Since I arrived in Wexford, Gather has been one of my favourite spots. The quality of the coffee is always excellent — smooth, fresh, and consistently well made.
They also make fresh handmade pastries and cakes which are just AMAZING 💛

Replaced my previous favorite place in Wexford - little Italian restaurant. Now a coffee and sandwich shop with a delectable selection of pastries. We had the New Yorker Pastrami sandwich - was what was advertised. I had a flat white coffee with it and we took the desert home - mince pies (it's that time of year...) and carrot cake. The money pie was easily the best I've ever had. No exaggeration. You could have knocked me over with a feather as the old saying goes. My wife said they have a link to the very popular Grounds coffee shop in Kilmore Quay. Very nice couple. Well worth supporting a coffee shop in Wexford town that is open on a Sunday. 🙏🏼 Hopefully they will last. Give them feedback of what you would expect to find and let's see if we help them be something we want and can keep alive. 😉
